Tim Milsom – Chief Executive Officer


CEO Tim Milsom


Tim is the former CEO of the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce (2010-14) and comes with a wealth of experience in working with the Fremantle businesses and the City of Fremantle. Tim will work towards making the BID a strong advocate for the businesses in Fremantle Central Business District (CBD) and work towards raising additional funding to help promote Fremantle as a great place to visit and do business. With a passion and long association with Freo Tim is excited to be part of its economic revival.


Jenny Marslen – Project Manager


JennyJenny comes to the position with a strong background in programme management, administration and community engagement. Jenny has worked for a range of organisations and held Recreation Centre Management positions for local governments, was the Recreation Development Officer and Community Development Program Officer for the City of Fremantle and Coordinator of Living Smart – a not for profit organisation providing Sustainable Community Education. Jenny grew up in Melbourne and moved to Perth in all the excitement of the Americas Cup and has lived in White Gum Valley with her family for over 20 years. Jenny has great passion for Fremantle and its people and is looking forward to the challenges the BID will bring.


Nicci Workum – Administration Officer


Nicci Workum

Nicci brings extensive programme management, strategic planning, marketing and administrative experience to the Fremantle BID team. She has previously worked with businesses and local governments, assisting them to identify and implement sustainability projects and practices that have a positive impact on their bottom line. Nicci also runs her own retail business so has a first-hand understanding of many of the issues being faced by small businesses in the current economic climate. Nicci has called Fremantle home since moving from Sydney 15 years ago and currently lives in White Gum Valley with her two children. She is excited about having the opportunity to contribute to the vibrant Fremantle community she loves.
